1. Overview
Polyurethane cold insulation pipe supports are a new type of cold insulation pipe support independently developed by our company based on the original red pine wood cold insulation pipe supports. It has excellent properties that are difficult to compare with wooden products and other types of padding materials, such as low thermal conductivity, high compressive strength, low water absorption, excellent flame retardancy, lightweight shock absorption, and strong adaptability. It is an ideal product for cryogenic pipeline supports, hangers, and low-temperature equipment. It is widely used in deep cold pipelines and low-temperature equipment in refineries, chemical plants, ethylene, fertilizers, cold storage, and central air conditioning.
Its cold insulation material is PIR polyisocyanurate foam, which is made from isocyanate and polyether as the main raw materials, along with foaming agents, catalysts, and flame retardants, fully mixed, reacted, and foamed under specialized formulas and strict process conditions. Due to the independent closed-cell structure and high closed-cell rate of this foam polymer, the foam body has fine and uniform cells, good thermal insulation performance, and excellent flame retardant properties. Therefore, it exhibits excellent quality in thermal insulation performance, water vapor permeability resistance, adhesion, compressive strength, flame retardancy, and cold shrinkage rate. This high-tech organic polymer material has excellent fire resistance, low thermal conductivity, good waterproofing, stable chemical properties, and good aging resistance, making it the best choice for thermal insulation polymer materials in cryogenic and normal temperature environments.
